I was satisfied with the clean room, there were hairdryers, toiletries, and bath sheets just in case. Location: the hotel was near to the Medina, Morocco and the centre. It also was in a quiet area.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel property was deluxe with exceptionally nice and quiet location not far from the centre and the airport. Everything was perfect as expected, yet the bathroom was quite small. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, and the host too.

Das Zimmer mit einem Balkon war besonders schön und bot eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Besonders gut hat uns auch das reichhaltige Frühstück gefallen, bei dem man laktosefreie Milch ohne Probleme erhalten konnte.

The heating in the upstairs 2-bedroom junior suite during winter months may be insufficient, leaving one of the bedrooms quite cold.

Always coming back for the great service, cozy rooms, and friendly staff. They even helped me print some important documents during my first stay. This place has all I need: Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, no pets, and non-smoking rooms. Can't wait to return for Christmas!
